Call for Abstracts (EN)

Dear colleagues,

We kindly invite you to actively contribute to the 64th Congress of the German Respiratory Society in Mannheim from 20 to 23 March 2024.

Abstracts can be submitted online until 30 September 2023, either in German or in English, to any of the following subjects:

• allergology and immunology, asthma
• endoscopy – bronchoscopy
• interventional pulmonology
• occupational medicine, epidemiology, and environment
• respiratory infections and tuberculosis
• respiratory critical care and respiratory medicine
• pulmonary vascular diseases – pulmonary hypertension
• COPD and chronic cough, bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis
• interstitial and rare lung diseases
• sleep and breathing disorders
• palliative medicine
• pathophysiology and aerosol medicine
• thoracic oncology
• prevention, rehabilitation, and tobacco control
• thoracic surgery, lung transplantation
• cell biology, basic and translational sciences
• digital medicine

If accepted, your abstract will be included in the congress programme as a poster, e-poster or conference talk and published in a special issue of our journal Pneumologie (IF 1,2). A DGP jury will choose the best abstracts for our traditional Abstract Prizes of up to € 1,500.
